For the main course, choose from a selection of elevated entrées, including Grilled Salmon served with ancient grains, roasted carrots, and citrus herb sauce; a tender Filet Mignon paired with truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus, and demi-glace; or Herb-Roasted Chicken accompanied by garlic roasted potatoes, green beans, sautéed mushrooms, and thyme jus.
